Genesis 24:18-20 She said, "Certainly, drink!" And she held the jug so that he could drink. When he had satisfied his thirst she said, "I'll get water for your camels, too, until they've drunk their fill." She promptly emptied her jug into the trough and ran back to the well to fill it, and she kept at it until she had watered all the camels.(Msg)

The life of Rebekah was a life of servantship not knowing she was was working her way into a divine lineage. She was willing to empty her jar of water and even go back for more to water his camels, she made sure he had enough. 

In the place of servantship is virtue and excellence revealed. So many women and men in the scripture were found by God in their place of service. Are you too proud or too big to serve?, maybe you feel you are too old to be serving someone who you seem to be more experienced than. 

So many times we pray several prayers, we fast and sow seeds when indeed our answers are attached to service. Rebekah was ready to pour herself out, he intellect and even her strength in the place of service. Nothing is too big to give in the place of service. Serving is about pouring yourself out for others to be better.

Prayer: Father: Help me to serve with the whole of my heart.
