The gift exchange:  A lot of gift exchange happens on Valentines day. I can imagine if in our relationship we prioritize the exchange of gifts even if its monthly or weekly.. The gifts must not be some very expensive gift but the thoughtfulness and the way it is been presented counts. Giving  gifts is important in every relationship. It makes our partner feel valued and well appreciated.  Remember, God gave us his only son as a sign of love. This Valentine and beyond practice the exchange of gifts as often as possible. We could give gifts of our time and resources on Valentine's day. Spend quality time always with you boo that will improve the health of your relationship.

Memories: A lot of people make memories on Valentine's day. I really wish everyday will be a day you will make memories in your relationship.. We sometimes overlook the fact that life is really short and even as we spend it with our one and true love we need to create undying memories that will last us for the times of sorrow.

The words: On Valentine's day some couples get to tell each other how  they love and treasure each other. The question is, what if we used these words often?
