How can a beautiful thing be found in a very unpleasant situation? How is it possible that a rose be found among thorns? How possible is it that everything will be alright despite the present condition I find myself in?

These questions and many more might be running through your mind now. You could be going through a rough patch right now wondering where God is in all these. You hear people tell you to keep praying, you have been praying but it seems God has taken a vacation. You have fasted and applied all principles that you have come across but it seems the condition is getting worse. You are beginning to question if you are really saved. You have confessed all your sins but its like you are getting punished for all your past mistakes.
Yes! I have been there, I prayed for God to take it away and all he kept telling me was that His grace is sufficient for me.  Yes! His grace.

No one sees an unpleasant situation as a gift, we beg God to take us away from it. We want to live a life free of trials, temptations, sorrows and pains.
Honestly, God uses unpleasant situations to bring out the best in us. He uses it to teach us that all we need do is depend totally on him. That thorn in your life is beautiful. It will turn around for your good. Do not run away from the place of making. Allow him to fashion you into a woman he can use through this.  God is teaching you patience, perseverance, faith, humility and a whole lot more.  Stop going around being bitter with God, he is just making you better and stronger.  Quit focusing on the problem, see it as a gift.
